Offices in Saint-Cloud

Stuck between the Park de Saint-Cloud and the Seine River, this office building was built by the architect Noël Lemaresquier in the seventies. This 130000 square meters property seats on a shopping mall and is vertically organized along five cores. The owner wants to retrofit the vertical circulations which varies from 6 to 13 floors.
The original building, carefully done and consistent with the modernist aesthetic of that time, had been badly transformed and refurbished over the time. Our proposal is an architectural update. Large continuous lighted ceilings made out of one translucent material discuss with stainless steel wall panels.
